Morgan Dvorkin, DVM

Associate Veterinarian

 

Dr. Dvorkin grew up in Mount Washington in Baltimore, MD. After receiving her Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Economics at Northwestern University, Dr. Dvorkin  worked for a few years as a business analyst. She realized that she wanted to turn her passion for caring for animals into a career. She began working at veterinary clinics, taking courses at UMBC, and ultimately attending veterinary school at Virginia Tech.

Within veterinary medicine, Dr. Dvorkin specializes in the care of small animals. She
has special interests in Internal Medicine, Dermatology, Behavior, and Pain Management including Chinese medicine and Acupuncture. 


Outside of her veterinary work, Dr. Dvorkin has an Olde English Bulldog named
Murphy, a Thoroughbred/Warmblood Cross horse named Connor, and an off-the track Thoroughbred named Frenchie.

She is an avid equestrian and has been riding horses since the age of two. She enjoys all outdoor activities and can often be found hiking, trail riding, or lounging with one of her animals! Dr. Dvorkin is very excited to move back to the area with her fiance Nick.
