GUARDIAN PETS PHONE SERVICE

Providing 24/7 Care

We understand your pet's health does not follow a 9-5 schedule and sometimes questions or concerns may come up after-hours or on weekends. Our goal is to provide you with the best customer service possible and to always be there when you need us. It is our mission to constantly provide you with the best care possible and we are proud to have partnered with an after-hours medical help line called Guardian Vets. This complimentary service will provide you after hours veterinary advice.

How it works

Simply call our practice and you will have access to our medical help line at no charge. The veterinary professional will help you triage your pet’s symptoms and advise the best course of action.

If the issue is non-emergent they will help you request an appointment for the next business day!

Our goal is to provide you the best customer service possible and always be there for you and your pet. If you have any questions please send a message or call us at 410-580-9119.

For possible ingestion of toxic substances (medicine, fertilizer, other products) additional help is available from the ASPCA National Animal Poison Control Center: (888) 426-4435
**Because this is not goverment funded there is a charge for the call (they will ask for
authorization). Because of the unique toxicity if certain products in dogs and cats, this hotline is much more helpful than a human poison control center helpline.
Or visit there website for helpful information: www.aspca.org
