Associate Veterinarian

 

Dr. Loren Hutt joined Pikesville Animal Hospital in August 2025, bringing with her over a decade of experience in veterinary medicine. A graduate of Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine (Class of 2010), Dr. Hutt began her career in upstate New York before relocating to Maryland with her family in 2016.

Since then, she has focused primarily on emergency and urgent care, with a strong interest in internal medicine. Known for her calm, compassionate approach and commitment to high-quality care, Dr. Hutt is dedicated to helping pets feel better—and helping pet parents feel at ease.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Hutt stays active by running, hiking, and swimming. She’s also a proud mom to her 11-year-old son, Jake, and spends many weekends cheering him on at lacrosse games. At home, she shares life with Hank, a lovable Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
